To enroll at Kaplan Career Institute, you must provide evidence that you meet one of the following requirements:
- Be a high school graduate
- Possess a GED certificate
- Possess a Home Study certificate or transcript from a Home Study program that is equivalent to high school level and is recognized by the student's home state
- Be beyond the age of compulsory school attendance and demonstrate the Ability to Benefit (ATB) from the training by passing an independently administered test (ATB does not apply to candidates for admission to the degree programs)
