What Will You Study?

The curriculum is centered on a Microsoft®-based software environment, including Windows 2000® and Internet Information®, Exchange®, and SQL® servers.† You will also receive training in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network software and optimizing network resources. Additional requirements include general education courses in math, psychology, personal development, and communications. You will be required to complete an externship at an approved facility to gain experience in a real-world work environment.
